Instructions: Add 1-2 lbs of Sugar Cure to 1 gallon of water in a bucket Mix water and cure thoroughly Submerge the chicken in the water (Make sure it stays submerged) Put the bucket of brine and chicken in your fridge overnight (Next day) Rinse the chicken well with cold water Sprinkle the chicken with Todd’s Barbecue Spice and Todd’s Coarse Black Pepper Don’t forget to put the seasoning on both sides of the chicken!  Last week, on a beautiful spring day, the employees at Todd’s grilled bratwursts!  It has been a busy few months, and we wanted to do something rewarding for everyone’s hard work.  We like to use Canada’s Favorite Steak Seasoning while grilling, so we snagged a jar and headed to the patio.   We let the grill heat up until the temperature was between 300℉ and 325℉. Then we put the bratwursts on the grill and sprinkled Canada’s Favorite Steak Seasoning on both sides. This was repeated after they had been on the grill for 10 minutes.
