Instructions: Brine chicken wings for only 1 to 2 hrs. no more.  Using one of Todd’s sugar cures. (gal of water mixing in the cure) Take the brined chicken out of the bucket Rinse the wings throughout Sprinkle on the Sweet and Smoky dry rub Turn the wings over Sprinkle on the other side of the wings Put the wings on the grill for 300-325°F or until golden brown Turning them occasionally and to until internal temperature reaches 165°F Let sit for 5 minutes Enjoy! Brat, Bratwurst #1 Fresh, burgers, todd's pantry -

The instructions:     Combine 3 lb. ground pork, and 3 lb. ground beef (can use all ground pork)   Add, 6 tablespoons of Bratwurst #1 Fresh seasoning (suggestion 1T per pound)   Mix thoroughly.  Make into patties (approx. 24)   Grill at 300 to 325 degrees for 10 to 20 min.  Internal temperature should get to 160 degrees   Remove and let sit for 5 min.   Add favorite toppings and ENJOY!😋     Watch the following video to see how to make Brat Burgers using Bratwurst #1 Fresh

Instructions: Add 1-2 lbs of Sugar Cure to 1 gallon of water in a bucket Mix water and cure thoroughly Submerge the chicken in the water (Make sure it stays submerged) Put the bucket of brine and chicken in your fridge overnight (Next day) Rinse the chicken well with cold water Sprinkle the chicken with Todd’s Barbecue Spice and Todd’s Coarse Black Pepper Don’t forget to put the seasoning on both sides of the chicken!
