Season those fresh brats the right way.
Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Sugar, BHA & BHT (#8714)
Combine 3 lb. ground pork, and 3 lb. ground beef (can use all ground pork)
Add, 6 tablespoons of Bratwurst #1 Fresh seasoning (suggestion 1T per pound)
Mix thoroughly. Make into patties (approx. 24)
Grill at 300 to 325 degrees for 10 to 20 min. Internal temperature should get to 160 degrees
Remove and let sit for 5 min.
Add favorite toppings and ENJOY!😋
