A twist on a classic Pepper and Salt Texas Brisket rub, Todd's Brisket Rub adds a perfect bite, a hint of garlic, and a little bit of color for that perfect BBQ Brisket 'Bark.' We use the finest mix of ingredients including, salt, paprika, garlic, onion, and a touch of chili pepper, to create a rub that will tantalize your taste buds.
Directions: Sprinkle rub liberally onto Brisket, pressing it in as you go with fingers until entire surface is covered. Repeat on all sides. Let Brisket rest for 1 hr. or overnight before cooking.
