Our Beef Stick Seasoning has been satisfying hunters and hobbyists for as long as we can remember.

1.Combine seasoning, quick cure, & 1 cup of water with 10lbs of meat mixture until tacky.
2. Fill pre-soaked casings with meat mixture, twist to desired length, & refrigerate overnight to cure.
3.Bake at 180°F in oven or smoker until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4. Cool & refrigerate or freeze.
Kit Includes: 8.8oz seasoning, 0.4oz quick cure.
Kit Yields: 10 lbs. of meat
