Todd's Bratwurst Complete Seasoning Kit (Yields 10 lbs)

Our original Bratwurst seasoning has been a best seller for many years, with a classic blend of herbs and spices for the quintessential German flavor. Perfect for backyard BBQs and picnics with flavor that will keep you and your guests coming back for more.

Pars best with pork or a blend of deer and pork.

Directions:

1. Combine seasoning and quick cure packets with meat mixture until tacky. (If needed, add 1 oz water per pound meat until proper texture).
2. Fill presoaked casings with meat, twist to desired link length & place in smoker or preheated oven until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
3. Cool & freeze or refrigerate until ready to eat.

Kit Includes: 4oz Seasoning, 0.4oz Quick Cure. Yields 10 lbs.
