Instructions
1) Mix together Ground Beef, Breadcrumbs, Egg, Garlic, Todd's Italian Seasoning, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, and olive oil. Form into small meatballs, a little over an inch, makes about 40.
2) Add meatballs to oiled pan over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides.
3) Once meatballs are browned add 2 cups of Papa Joes Spaghetti Sauce. Simmer for about 15
minutes until sauce is thickened.
4) Once sauce is thickened move meatballs to tray. Top meatballs with cheese and let the cheese
melt. (Option: Put meatballs in oven and broil for a minute to get nice golden color)
5) Once cheese has melted top with fresh basil.
6) Serve with leftover sauce.

- 2 Cups PAPA JOE'S spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup fresh graded mozzarella
- 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped basil
