Instructions:
Brine chicken wings for only 1 to 2 hrs. no more. Using one of Todd’s sugar cures. (gal of water mixing in the cure)
Take the brined chicken out of the bucket
Rinse the wings throughout
Sprinkle on the Sweet and Smoky dry rub
Turn the wings over
Sprinkle on the other side of the wings
Put the wings on the grill for 300-325°F or until golden brown
Turning them occasionally and to until internal temperature reaches 165°F
Let sit for 5 minutes
