A twist on a classic Pepper and Salt Texas Brisket rub, we added a perfect bite, a hint of garlic and a little bit of color for that perfect BBQ Brisket 'Bark
Directions: Sprinkle rub liberally onto Brisket, pressing it in as you go with fingers until entire surface is covered. Repeat on all sides. Let Brisket rest for 1 hr. or overnight before cooking.
